BILLING INFORMATION

General Billing & Collection Policy
We will bill your primary and secondary insurance as a courtesy; however, deductible and co-insurance payments are patient's responsibility and must be paid within 30 days of billing. A 1% per month finance charge (12% annually) will be added to all balances over 60 days. If financial hardship prevents patients from paying within 30 days, please call our billing department to make payment arrangements.

OB Billing & Collection Policy
Upon the first or second OB appointment, insurance benefits will be verified and an estimated patient balance for the professional fees for each delivery will be calculated and a monthly payment plan will be established as a deposit to be completed by the 8th month of pregnancy. Uninsured patients are required to make a $3,000 deposit upon their first OB appointment.
